The present invention provides a display substrate including a substrate having a display area in which an image is displayed and a non-display area formed at a peripheral portion of the display area; a pad part including a dummy pad part, which is not connected with one side of the display area, and first and second signal pad parts connected with one side of the display area and located at both sides of the dummy pad part, and offset in one direction from a virtual line crossing the center of the display area in the non-display area; a first pan-out part connected with the first signal pad part and the display area, including first wires having resistors, and located in the non-display area; and a second pan-out part connected with the second signal pad part and the display area, including second wires having a length longer than that of the first wires, and located in the non-display area. The first and second wire interpose an insulating layer therebetween, do not overlap with each other, are alternately aligned with each other, and includes upper and lower wires. |
