<p>The present invention relates to a device and a method for driving a touch sensor. The present invention comprises a touch sensor; a read-out circuit which drives the touch sensor and detects and outputs low data by touch node using a read-out signal by channel received from the touch sensor; a signal processor which determines touch by comparing the low data provided from the read-out circuit and a preset reference value, calculates and outputs a touch coordinate according to the determined result, and a reset the reference value whenever the power is turned on. The signal processor collects the low data by touch node during multiple frames and reset the reference value by using the low data included in a reference range among the collected low data.
