The purpose of the present invention is to provide a crushing and dispersion apparatus with a single vessel capable of continuous processing of first and second dispersion and crushing, having a structure that greatly reduces production costs and improves installation layouts due to a small number of parts and a simple structure for installation and assembly, by allowing a use of two divided crushing chambers in which crushed particle sizes are shown to be mutually different while using a single vessel, and being provided with one rotary shaft accommodated inside a single vessel for crushing and dispersion and one power transmission means to drive the single rotary shaft. For this, the present invention is composed by having one motor, one rotary shaft transmitted of power from the motor, and a vessel to be combined by penetration of the rotary shaft to form an appearance of a crushing chamber; comprising first and second rotors combined with the one rotary shaft being accommodated across the first and the second crushing chambers forming first and second crushing chambers while the vessel inside is divided into two - upper and lower - chambers by a middle partition to mutually communicate through a narrow gap; being provided at one side of the first crushing chamber with a slurry inlet to introduce slurry continuously supplied from the raw material tank of slurry through a raw material supply duct; and comprising: a first separator provided at a passing part of the rotary shaft of the middle partition to allow passage only of crushed slurry with less than a particular particle size that is pumped from a first crushing chamber on the lower side to a second crushing chamber on the upper side through a narrow gap, and a second separator provided at a slurry outlet part on the upper side of the vessel of the second crushing chamber to allow passage of slurry crushed to a particle size smaller than with the first separator. |
