PURPOSE: A manufacturing process of various shaped colloidal photonic crystals is provided to control the shape of photonic crystal responding to pattern structures and to consecutively produce various shaped colloidal photonic crystals by using a micro-fluidic device, so that the various shaped colloidal photonic crystals thereby is easily and economically produced. CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing process of various shaped colloidal photonic crystals comprises the steps of: (S10) manufacturing a micro-fluidic device (10) including elastomeric membranes (10) with engraved patterns (15); (S40) confining an colloidal dispersion solution (44) for possible photopolymerization inside the patterns based on the shape of the patterns by using pneumatic pressure; and (S50) solidifying the confined solution by irradiating ultraviolet rays to consecutively produce photonic crystal particles (54) which can simultaneously control shape and reflective color. |
