<p>The valve has a flap (22) comprising a resilient return system (30) providing force in accordance with displacement of a rotor. An actuator (20) varies action direction (yy) of the return system in relation to a rotational axis (zz) of the actuator, where the action direction of the return system intersects the rotational axis in such a manner that bidirectional moment arises around the flap to push the flap in a closing position and over the actuator to keep the flap in an open position.
