FIELD: food industry.SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the preserves production technology. The method envisages preparation of recipe components, pumpkin blanching and straining, benincasa cutting, blanching, ground pumpkin seeds extraction cake pouring with drinking water and maintenance for swelling, the listed components mixing (while heated) with butter, sugar, salt, vanillin and cinnamon, the produced mixture packing, sealing and sterilisation.EFFECT: method allows to reduce the manufactured target product adhesion to container walls. |
