The in-vehicle communication device 20 performs communication with the determined communication method of the power supply device. In addition, the in-vehicle communication device 20 stores an XML schema corresponding to each communication method into a storage part 22 as an XML table 22a and reads out a schema corresponding to the determined communication method, and a message preparation part 32 creates a message and transmits it to the power supply device.
