PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a band, which is used in solution film forming equipment and made of an austenitic stainless steel, from being transformed to have a martensite structure.SOLUTION: A band 23 hanged over a drum is supported by a plurality of guide rollers 24 from the back surface thereof. A damper 32 is arranged between a bearing 30 of the guide roller 24 and a support frame 31 and comprises a rubber-like elastic body. A vertical drag, which is exerted on the band 23 when the band 23 is contacted with each of the plurality of guide rollers 24, is reduced by the damper 32. As a result, the band 23 made of the austenitic stainless steel can be prevented from being transformed to have the martensite structure. Therefore, the thickness unevenness, which is caused by the martensite structure, of a film can be reduced. |
