In the present invention, the outer peripheral surface of a cylindrical cell is covered by a heat-insulating material. A heat-resisting material is stacked on the radial outer side of the heat-insulating material. An insulation material is stacked on the radial outer side of the heat-resisting material. The stacking sequence of the heat-insulating material, the heat-resisting material, and the insulation material may be changed. Coating materials other than the heat-insulating material, the heat-resisting material, and the insulation material may be provided. |
