METHOD OF MANUFACTURING ORGANIC PHOTOELECTRIC CONVERSION ELEMENT

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of manufacturing an organic photoelectric conversion element, which causes less variation in conversion efficiency among photoelectric conversion elements and is applicable to a roll-to-roll system.SOLUTION: The method of manufacturing an organic photoelectric conversion element by a roll-to-roll system includes a coating step of laminating layers on a substrate by coating and a step of heating/drying the laminated layers, and also includes a measurement step of measuring thickness and/or optical physical properties of at least one layer constituting the formed laminate by spectroscopic ellipsometry. The measurement results are fed back to the coating step and/or the heating/drying step to control conditions.
