Moreover, the ultrasonic wave transmitting and receiving unit (5) includes: an insulating vibration suppressing member (15) integrally formed in such a manner as to cover the piezoelectric member (12) and the piezoelectric member supporting plate (11), wherein the insulating vibration suppressing member (15) has a hole (18) reaching the piezoelectric member supporting plate (11).
