The present invention discloses an automatic ultrasonic flaw detection apparatus that saves data, marks a defect location, and implements a close inspection at the same time, while watching a monitor of the ultrasonic flaw detection apparatus to check whether a flaw exists or not, during an applying couplant process and an inspection process. The automatic ultrasonic flaw detection apparatus according to the present invention includes: a main body that includes a horizontal part and is made up of the same; a driving unit that includes wheels mounted on the main body and a first driving motor that drives the wheels; a couplant spraying unit that includes an injection pipe having a plurality of nozzles, a storage tank, a pump, and a connecting hose; an injection unit that is mounted on the main body so as to implement depth scanning and swivel scanning of a search unit in contact with a portion of a bead on an object to be examined by using ultrasonic; a camera that photographs images of the applied state of the couplant; an illuminator that illuminates light on a contact part between an inspection part and the search unit; a laser pointer that guides a moving path; a defect location marking unit that includes a pumping case containing a marking solution, a second solenoid that activates a head part, and a blow pipe in a portion of the inspection area; and a main control unit that performs monitoring through a monitor to control all the processes and functions. |
