<p>The present invention relates to an external situation recognizing receiver. In a left side speaker module and a right side speaker module, the external situation recognizing receiver respectively arranges: a pickup microphone which outputs a sound source signal by picking up an external sound source; an amplification unit which outputs an amplification signal by amplifying the sound source signal; an A/D conversion unit which converts the amplification signal into a digital sound source signal and outputs the digital sound source signal; a control unit which filters a noise, controls the volume level of the external sound source and outputs a sound signal which controls a ratio between the volume of the external sound source and the volume of an internal sound source; and a control circuit which includes a speaker which outputs a sound depending on the sound signal. The present invention is able to increase the success rate of risk avoidance by immediately responding to a risk element while receiving a service of the internal sound source including a music which is provided from a mobile terminal in high sound quality by separately operating each of the left side speaker module and the right side speaker module.
