The present invention relates to a paper cup with a cover and a heat shield unit. More specifically, the paper cup with the cover and heat shield unit reduces heat conduction to a handle of the cup even though hot water is put into the cup, and the cover covers up the upper part of the cup to prevent dust from flowing into the cup. The invention comprises a cup body (100) formed into a closed cylindrical shape; the heat shield unit having the cover (200) covering up the cup body (100); and the cover. The cover (200) includes an insertion protrusion (210) protruding from one side of the cover (200); a handle (220) protruding from the other side of the cover. The cup body (100) includes an insertion hole (110) wherein the insertion protrusion (210) is inserted at one upper side so that the insertion protrusion (210) formed in the cover (200) is easily inserted into the insertion hole (110) formed in the cup body (100) to allow users to conveniently use the cup. A process of manufacturing the cup is simple to reduce manufacturing costs as the cup is not integrally manufactured. The heat shield unit made up of a plurality of corrugated parts is integrally formed at the lower part of the cup body (100) to prevent heat being transferred to the outside from the inside of the cup, and to prevent hands from being burned. |
