A field equipment management apparatus and a method thereof are provided to manage a plurality of field equipments in U- City(Ubiquitous-City) environment and to increase the data processing speed by efficiently reducing overload generated in a gateway. The sensing value is transmitted from each sensor through a general purpose controller or a wirelessly connected integrated controller. A field equipment management apparatus(300) comprises the integrated controller(310) and gateway(320). The integrated controller collects the sensing value received from a plurality of sensors. The integrated controller moreover receives the sensor data which the general purpose controller(200) collects from the general purpose controller. The integrated controller converts collected sensing values into sensor data. Transformed sensor data and sensor data received from the general controller are integrated and is generated to integrated data. |
