The present invention relates to a metal corrosion inhibitor composition and a pickling solution using same, in which metal can obtain a beautiful surface because the metal is not partially melted or corroded when the surface of the metal is subject to a pickling process. The metal corrosion inhibitor composition according to the present invention includes heterocyclic aromatic nitrogen compounds, epichlorohydrin, and an organic compound expressed as RYX. In the RXY, R is C1-C12, Y is H2-H24, and X is a hydroxyl group. The bond between at least two carbons is one of a single bond, a double bond, and a triple bond.
