According to an embodiment of the present invention, a method for sensing error hunting in the flow rate of an accelerated cooling valve comprises the steps of: 1) detecting an actual flow rate and a valve feedback rate of an accelerated cooling valve; 2) first comparing the valve feedback rate to a valve feedback standard rate; 3) second comparing the actual flow rate to an actual flow standard rate; 4) judging whether or not the flow rate of the accelerated cooling valve is abnormal based on the first and second comparison results; and 5) transferring alarm signals to a human-machine interface (HMI) based on the result of the judgment.
