The present invention relates to an ice collision preventing structure of a half-submerging drilling ship which has two pontoons having a predetermined distance from each other in a parallel manner and submerging to provide buoyancy; and two or more columns to support a platform on the pontoons. The ice collision preventing structure of the half-submerging drilling ship is configured to change the path of floating ice colliding with the ship or to absorb shock caused by the collision using a collision preventing unit installed on the outer circumference of the columns. The present invention prevents damage to the columns caused by the collision of floating ice with the ship using the collision preventing unit installed on the circumference of the columns when the ship is sailing a very cold land; enables users to conveniently install the collision preventing structure without changing the structure of an existing column; and facilitates maintenance.
