The present invention provides a polyvinyl acetal-based resin composition with which excellent mechanical strength can be achieved in a broad temperature range spanning from low to high temperatures. This polyvinyl acetal-based resin composition includes a polyvinyl acetal resin, and a resin having a crosslinked structure, and is provided with a structure in which the resin having the crosslinked structure and serving as the dispersion phase is dispersed in the polyvinyl acetal resin serving as the continuous phase. When measuring the dynamic viscoelasticity spectrum thereof at a frequency of 10Hz, the maximum valve of the loss tangent derived from the polyvinyl acetal resin is exhibited at 40˚C or higher, and the maximum value of the loss tangent derived from the resin having the crosslinked structure is exhibited at 10˚C or lower.
