The present invention relates to a server, a system and a method for diagnosing teeth remotely. The server for diagnosing teeth remotely includes: a data transceiving unit for transmitting data to and receiving data from a personal terminal or a terminal for a dental professional; a storage unit for storing data transmitted or received through the data transceiving unit; and a control unit for controlling the data transceiving unit and the storage unit. The server receives an image of teeth photographed with blue light irradiated from the personal terminal, transmits the received image to the terminal for a dental professional, receives diagnostic data therefrom, and transmits the received diagnostic data to the personal terminal.
