PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide nucleic acid tags that are linked to, or capable of linking to, a protein of interest, and also provide nucleic acid tag compositions, kits and highly sensitive methods of protein detection using the nucleic acid tags.SOLUTION: The nucleic acid tags are oligonucleotides comprising a reporter function and a protein tagging function. In a nucleic acid oligomer that binds to a fusion protein, the fusion protein comprises: a first domain comprising a protein of interest, and a second domain comprising nucleic acid interaction different from the first domain. |
