PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To detect a moving object from image data with reliability.SOLUTION: Electromagnetic wave image data that is moving is sequentially acquired at a specified rate by an image data acquisition unit 100, a part of a luminance band is designated on luminance gradation of the electromagnetic wave image data by a luminance band designation unit 101, an area showing a value of the designated luminance band on the electromagnetic wave image data is extracted by an area extraction unit 102, a plurality of characteristic points are extracted from a shape characteristic of the area by a characteristic point extraction unit 103, similar characteristic points are corresponded to each other for a plurality of pieces of electromagnetic wave image data sequentially acquired by a correspondence processing unit 104, three-dimensional positions of the characteristic points are calculated on the basis of a correspondence result of the characteristic points by a three-dimensional calculation unit 105, and a characteristic point showing a three-dimensional position farthest from a collection of the three-dimensional positions of the characteristic points is detected as an object by an object detection unit 106. |
