PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a siding material that has a shape that imitates a brick wall, a rock wall or the like, is light in weight and superior in workability and durability, has a sufficiently deep groove formed therein, ans is excellent in design.SOLUTION: A siding material 10 includes a substrate 12 made of synthetic resin, and a design layer 14 formed on the substrate 12. The substrate 12 is provided with a plurality of projections 24 in which a part of the substrate 12 projects to the design layer 14 side by vacuum molding, and a groove 26 is formed between the adjacent projections 24 on the substrate 12. |
