PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an ion generator in which liquid adhering to the housing, when jetting mist, can be prevented from intruding into the housing.SOLUTION: Plus ions and minus ions generated separately by ion generation means provided in a blower housing 1 are delivered in a predetermined direction through an air supply port 17. When a mist SW 102 is depressed, liquid atomized in a tank housing 5 provided continuously to the blower housing 1 is jetted in the same direction as the ion delivery direction (the predetermined direction), through a jet orifice 62 provided in the tank housing 5. Furthermore, a step 40 is provided between the tank housing 5 and blower housing 1, and thereby liquid adhering to the surface of the tank housing 5 flows down, and prevents the liquid from intruding into the blower housing 1 from the air supply port 17. |
