PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a blind device that can have a plurality of struts suitably fixed and maintain an opening closing state.SOLUTION: A blind device 1 includes a frame 2 arranged at an opening part of a building; a plurality of struts mutually juxtaposed in the opening 3 surrounded with the frame 2; an end link mechanism 6 coupling the plurality of struts 4 to one another; a lifting mechanism 7 lifting the plurality of struts 4; a tilt mechanism 8 tilting the plurality of struts 4 as the lifting mechanism 7 lifts the plurality of struts 4; a rigid shaft member 9 arranged at each of the plurality of struts 4; a pair of rigid link mechanisms 10 coupling rigid shaft members 9 to one another; and a strut fixing mechanism 14 fixing positions of the plurality of struts 4 when the opening is closed with the plurality of struts 4.
