<p>The present invention automatically controls an energy-consuming device within a building in accordance with a default schedule while making it possible to change a schedule for an individual energy-consuming device. A control device (1) controls a plurality of energy-consuming devices within a building (H) and comprises: a means for switching between a plurality of operation modes for controlling a device using a default schedule that differs for each characteristic; default schedule properties that maintain the control data of the default schedule; and individual schedules properties that maintain the control data for an individual schedule that is intended for a certain device. With regards to each of the devices, the current time and a device ID are used as a key to determine whether control data concerning the current time of a device is registered in the individual schedule properties, and when said information is not registered, the device is controlled in accordance with the schedule of the default schedule properties.</p> |
