The monitor-integrated portable scanning probe of the present invention comprises: a scanning probe for photographing a sample; a polarization window installed in the upper portion of the scanning probe; and a scanner-integrated monitor arranged in the rear of the polarization window to display a tomographic image of the sample. The scanning probe of the present invention is configured in that a handle of a scanner enables the sample to be easily photographed, the gaze of the user can move along with the scanner using the monitor of the scanner, and the actual image and the tomographic image of the sample can be observed together using the polarization window of the scanner.
