The apparatus comprises control and regulating components provided on the upper and lower impellers, where an electric blade adjustment actuator is provided for each lower and upper wind rotor blade longitudinal end. The wind rotor blades are fixed in an intermediate frame inside the outer frame foundation. A micro memory device is provided for software data recording, processing and activation of the control and regulating components of the rotor blade adjustment actuators. The micro memory device is formed from test series of the development work of the development engineers. |
