Embodiments of the present invention provide a network switching method and device. The method comprises: receiving, by an embedded universal integrated circuit card, signal loss information of a first operator and network information of at least one second operator which are sent by a terminal; and when the embedded universal integrated circuit card determines to use a network of the second operator at least according to the network information of the second operator, sending, to the terminal, an indication message at least comprising a network identification of the first operator, a network identification of the second operator, and shared data between the first operator and the second operator, the indication message being used for triggering the terminal to send an access request to a routing unit of a remote management platform of the embedded universal integrated circuit card of the second operator, and the access request at least comprising the network identification of the first operator and the shared data. Therefore, it is implemented that when the terminal moves to an area having no signal of an operator, to which the terminal belongs, and a signal of another operator, the terminal may use a network of another operator to communicate. |
