The device (6) has an inductor including a coil (7) screen-printed on a printed circuit board (2), where the inductor is mounted between an electronic circuit and a radiating element (9). The inductor coil includes two separate portions (20, 21) equipped with a connection bar (24) for connecting the separate portions, so as to adjust the impedance of the coil to provide a desired value of frequency resonance for the antenna device. The inductor coil is located in front of a metal plate to form a resonant circuit.
