The seal (20) has a seal plane (T) including an inner surface turned toward axis of revolution (R), and a contact surface extended over rest of the seal. A spot protuberance (21) is provided on the contact surface. The spot protuberance is protruded relative to the seal. The inner surface and the contact surface are lubricated. The protuberance has a shape chosen from hemispherical, pyramidal, conical, tapered or polyhedral, where height of the protuberance depends on a material to manufacture the seal. Independent claims are also included for the following: (1) a method for automatically dispensing an annular seal (2) an automatic dispensing method.
