PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce probability of collision of a packet signal even if the amount of communication increases. SOLUTION: It is prescribed so that frames which include a first period formed by a plurality of slots and a second period having prescribed length are repeated. A detection section 32 detects a slot available for communication among a plurality of other radio devices from the plurality of slots in the first period of the first period and the second period. A modulation/demodulation section 24 and an RF section 22 report information about the detected slot. Also, the modulation/demodulation section 24 and the RF section 22 report information about the other radio devices that should use the plurality of slots in the first period of the first period and the second period.
