摘要 The present invention relates to a service quality analyzing method, and more particularly to a method of automatically extracting a command for analysis of a service quality by which items related to various service qualities generated during use of a communication service provided by a communication business can be collected from a user terminal and a command for the analysis can be automatically extracted. The service quality analyzing apparatus according to an embodiment of the present invention includes: a service communication unit for transmitting and receiving information to and from at least one user terminal; and a service control unit for, if service information and user information are received from the user terminal, identifying a network device supporting provision of a service to the user terminal based on the information and detecting a test command suitable for the network device to transmit the test command to the network device, and if an approach to a service for a service quality test is requested from the user terminal and an approach of the service is generated by the user terminal, generating a service quality test result by analyzing log information in the network device and transmitting the service quality test result to the user terminal.
