A display panel comprises: an array substrate separated into a display region including pixels and a non-display region disposed outside of the display region; an opposing substrate facing the array substrate; a liquid crystal layer disposed between the array substrate and the opposing substrate; and a signal input pad which is disposed on any one outer surface of the array substrate or the opposing substrate in the non-display region, and transfers an external input signal to the pixels by electrically connected with the pixels.
