The present invention relates to a system which transported keel blocks are arranged in concrete cells where a hull block is placed. The system comprises: a keel block accumulating jig (110) for accumulating keel blocks; a keel block transporting truck (120) having a main body (121) where the keel block accumulating jig is mounted, and a wireless transmitting and receiving device (122) for wireless communications; a truck moving rail (130) which is installed between multiple cells (10) so that the keel block transporting truck (120) can move; and a wireless controlling device (140) which remotely controls the keel block transporting truck (120) through wireless communications with the wireless transmitting and receiving device (122). Therefore, the keel block arrangement system can save working hours and manpower and can prevent a worker from having muscular skeletal diseases by remotely controlling the keel block transporting truck with the wireless controlling device and by efficiently transporting and arranging the keel blocks.
