An articulated phase preservation device according to the present invention comprises: a phase preservation unit; an angle control unit; a phase preservation part for preserving the phase while a first driven shaft or a second support part rotates; and an operation unit positioned between the phase preservation unit and a revolution body to guide the revolution of the phase preservation part on the revolution body. The phase preservation unit comprises: a reference shaft fixed in one side of a frame; the revolution body revolving on the reference shaft while preserving regular distances to the reference shaft; a first force transmission part coupled to the revolution body and the reference shaft to restrict the rotation of the revolution body; and a first support part for revolving the revolution body in a state where the phase of the revolution body is preserved when the revolution body rotates on the reference shaft. The angle control unit comprises: an angle control shaft concentrically positioned with the reference shaft and rotating relative to the frame; the first driven shaft capable of rotating while being separated from the angle control shaft in parallel; a second force transmission part coupled to interlock with the angle control shaft and the first driven shaft; and the second support part for separating the angle control shaft and the first driven shaft to be rotated.
