<p>The invention relates to an automatized process of supply, transport and storage of aluminium casings as parts of hydraulic pumps for machining purposes and to a modular mechatronic system. According to the invention, the process comprises the milling of some aluminium casings which make up a batch of casings, where the milling operation is performed by a single passing on the side surfaces of the casings, at a fixed dimension, under the control of a dedicated software. The system, as claimed by the invention, comprises a storage module () wherefrom some aluminium casings are individually taken over by a supply module () comprising a system () of gripping and transport to a system () of positioning-clamping, the casing moving under the strict monitoring of a dedicated software, allover the length of a system () of transport along the ox axis, passing in front of two left-right rotation systems () performing the milling of the side surfaces, followed by a control system () for contactless measurement and a discharge system ().</p> |
