PURPOSE: An extrusion molding device with a dies in a multi-layer extrusion structure and a method for extrusion molding a synthetic resin plate using the same are provided to improve a binding force of a laminated part by adsorbing or discharging gas or air bubbles generated in an extrusion process or in a forming process through a microporous hole or a bubble discharging unit in a vacuum. CONSTITUTION: An extrusion molding device comprises an inner layer(a) and an inner layer(b) by being divided into both sides after flowing mixed material resin which is extruded from a first extruder inside an extrusion mold dies. The mixed material resin is divided into both sides and is comprised of a first combining structure of the inner layer(a) plus(+) an outer layer(a) by forming the outer layer(a) in the outside of the inner layer(a) from a second extruder. A bubble discharging unit(47) is equipped on a floor of the extrusion mold dies and removes bubbles and moisture generated in a forming process of the inner layer and the outer layer. A synthetic resin sheet is obtained by integrally compressing the bubble and the moisture in a sizing unit(50) before combining the first combining structure and a second combining structure. |
