PURPOSE: A service server providing converted contents, a providing method, and a storage medium are provided to reduce waste of communications resources and operation load of a mobile communications terminal by offering the converted contents to an end terminal. CONSTITUTION: A mobile communications terminal management part(112) manages mobile communications terminal information received through a communications part. An end terminal management part(113) manages information of the end terminal connected to a service server via a mobile communications terminal. A local area network administration unit(114) manages local area network information. A storage part(116) stores the mobile communications terminal information, the end terminal information, and the local area network information. A contents converter(117) converts quality of the contents according to hardware specification of the end terminal. |
