The method involves supplying the pneumatic or hydraulic pulverized fuel, which is operated at pressures up to 10 mega pascal, and vitrification temperature up to 1900 degree centigrade. A drift of the fuel is monitored based on the comparison of the fuel energy of a vitrification reactor. The fuel energy is determined by measuring the quantity of the fuel with the cooling water of a heat shield (4).
