Provided is a terminal, comprising: a voice recognition unit for recognizing a voice during a call process and generating recognition data; a first acquisition unit connected to the voice recognition unit for acquiring information correlated with the recognition data; and a display unit connected to the first acquisition unit for displaying the correlated information. Also proposed are a server and an information pushing method. According to the call content, the technical solution of the present invention can automatically and rapidly acquire information correlated with the call content and present same to a user, for the user's convenience of referring in time.
