PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a torque sensor which can appropriately detect torque even when relative axial positions of a magnetic member and a yoke member have changed.SOLUTION: There is provided a torque sensor TS for detecting torque generated between an input shaft 1 and a first output shaft 3 which are relatively rotatably connected to each other by a torsion bar 2. The torque sensor TS comprises: a magnetic member 20 which is provided so as to be rotatable integrally with the first output shaft 3 and has different magnetic poles alternately arranged in a circumferential direction; first and second yoke members 31 and 32 which are provided so as to be rotatable integrally with the input shaft 1 and comprise first and second pawl parts 41 and 42 arranged on one end side of a rotation axis Z of both of the shafts 1 and 3 and first and second annular parts 43 and 44 arranged on the other end side; and a magnetic sensor 60 which is arranged so as to be stored between both of the annular parts 43 and 44 and detects a magnetic flux generated in the magnetic member 20 passing through the annular parts 43 and 44. Both of the pawl parts 41 and 42 face the magnetic member 20 on the same circle.
