摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an optical field enhancement device having fine metal relief structure, which holds a cell of a specimen such as an organism without extinction, so as to measure a Raman spectrum of a substance emitted by the specimen with high accuracy.SOLUTION: An optical field enhancement device 10 includes: a transparent base plate 21 having a transparent fine relief structure 23 on its surface; and a metal film 24 formed on a surface of the fine relief structure 23 on the surface of the transparent base plate 21. The metal film 24 generates an enhanced optical field on its surface by the light applied to fine relief structure of the metal film 24 with an optical field enhancement effect of localized plasmon induced on the surface of the metal film 24. A support member 11 supporting a specimen S is provided at a position of leaving a space on the surface of the metal film 24.
