PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a display device in which novel appearance can be achieved by utilizing two display units.SOLUTION: A display device includes: a real image display unit 10 that is placed with a real image display portion 11 facing toward a driver D side; a virtual image display unit 20 that is placed with a virtual image display portion 23 facing toward a side opposite to the driver D side; a half mirror 30 that transmits first display light L1 emitted from the real image display unit 10 toward the driver D side and reflects second display light L2 emitted from the virtual image display unit 20 toward the driver D side; and a housing 40 that houses the real image display unit 10 and the virtual image display unit 20. The half mirror 30 is placed in the housing 40 so as to be interposed between the real image display unit 10 and the virtual image display unit 20, and a real image P1 by the first display light L1 transmitted through the half mirror 30 and a virtual image P2 by the second display light L2 reflected by the half mirror 30 are visually recognized in a parallel state. |
