PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a recommendation system for a commodity and service and a guide system capable of letting a store, even a small one, know various requests of users adequately.SOLUTION: There is provided a system for recommending a commodity or service provided by a provider to users. The system includes: a user side terminal for transmitting a request in which a commodity or service desired by a user is described, to a management center through a network; the management center for, on the basis of the request transmitted from the user side terminal, transmitting data associated with a commodity and the like to be recommended to a user terminal through a network and transmitting a request to a provider; and a provider side terminal for transmitting an individual proposition of the provider corresponding to the request transmitted from the management center, to the management center through a network. The request is also provided to the provider so that the provider is capable of performing individual proposition in real time. The user is allowed to obtain recommendation which is an individual proposition so as to have high level of satisfaction. |
