PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To elucidate polynucleotides which is a novel gene responsible for cancers, thereby providing a method of detection of polynucleotides or polypeptides coded by them, and a kit and a primer set for the method.SOLUTION: In the method of detection, a fusion gene comprising a part of CLN3 gene and a part of BRAF gene, or a fusion protein coded by it is detected. The primer set or detection kit comprises a sense primer designed from a part which codes CLN3 and an antisense primer designed from a part which codes BRAF. |
