PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a gas concentration measurement device that can measure concentration of measured gas spatially distributing as an average or locally.SOLUTION: A gas concentration measurement device is provided that comprises: a detection light radiation part that radiates detection light; a light reception part that receives reflection light reflected from an object when the object is irradiated with the detection light; a column concentration measurement part that measures column concentration of detected gas from the reflection light received by the light reception part; an optical path length measurement part that measures an optical path length of the detection light ranging from the detection light radiation part to the object; and a concentration calculation part that calculates concentration of the detected gas on the basis of the column concentration and the optical path length.
