PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a portable terminal device capable of inhibiting an excessive adhesive from coming around to a surface of a housing.SOLUTION: A portable terminal device includes: an infrared sensor (an optical sensor) 4; a housing 10 having an opening hole 5 which is formed facing the infrared sensor (the optical sensor) 4 and housing the infrared sensor (the optical sensor) 4; and a translucent cover member 6 which closes the opening hole 5 of the housing 10. The cover member 6 includes: a body part 6a which fits into the opening hole 5; and a flange part 6b which is provided so as to protrude from the body part 6a and engages with an infrared sensor (optical sensor) 4 side peripheral part of the opening hole 5. |
