The present invention relates to a 3D measuring jig. The 3D measuring jig according to the present invention comprises a base; a plurality of support pins for forming the mounting surface on which a product is mounted and supporting the product to the upper side; an auxiliary pin for guiding the product to the support pins to mount the product on the mounting surface; a reference pin for supporting the side surface of the product not to dislocate the product from a fixing location; a correction part for transferring the product to the reference pin to mount the product on the fixing location; and a fixing part for fixing the product, thereby minimizing changes in the fixing location to fix the product in a state of maintaining the product to be horizontal and reducing a measuring error in 3D measurement of the product.
