PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a power transmission device and a power supply system which can reduce power loss by improving power utilization efficiency and can supply power to a power user (power reception device) with high power transmission efficiency.SOLUTION: There is provided a power transmission side resonance coil arranged three-dimensionally in xyz directions correspondingly to a plurality of power transmission coils arranged two-dimensionally in xy directions, in a power transmission device and a power supply system. A plurality of power transmission side resonance coils are arranged so that the power transmission side resonance coils have different resonance frequencies in adjacent xyz directions.
